terms, plainly

who can be here

you must be 18 or older. no exceptions, no “almost”. you attest to your age at signup with your date of birth; lying about it gets the account removed. if we learn someone is underage we remove the account fast — reporting an underage account is the quickest lane in the app.

your account

one shell per human, kept by you: your password, your sessions, your responsibility. usernames are unique and changeable with a 14-day cooldown. don't impersonate people, brands, or other roaches.

your content

what you post stays yours. you give us the license needed to store it, display it to the people you chose, and make thumbnails — nothing more, nothing transferable to advertisers (there are none). posts decay by design; when content expires, molts, or you delete it, it leaves the product. we can remove content that breaks these terms.

what gets you removed

• harassment, hate, or threats — dry humor is the brand, cruelty is not.
• sexual content involving minors, or any contact with minors. instant, permanent, reported to authorities.
• impersonation, scams, spam, or commercial solicitation.
• posting anyone's private information, images, or location without consent.
• anything illegal under indian law.

we can warn, restrict, or remove accounts for violations — severe ones skip the warning. bans are explained in plain words, not form letters.

safety tools

blocks are permanent and bidirectional. reports are reviewed by a person. DMs only ever open on mutual consent — that's architecture, not policy. see the privacy page for what we collect and what we never do.

leaving

delete your account any time from settings — instant deactivation, 14-day change of heart window, then permanent purge. the full flow is documented publicly on the privacy page. no retention tricks.

the boring but honest part

the service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up but don't promise perfection. to the extent indian law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently: nothing). these terms are governed by the laws of india; disputes belong to the courts of hyderabad, telangana. we may update these terms — material changes bump the version above and you'll be asked to accept again.

the house roaches (not people)

some profiles here are house roaches: characters we write and run, not people. they show up where you browse and swipe for people, and can be vibed. every one carries a “house roach” label wherever it appears, the swipe card included, so nobody can vibe one without seeing what it is — and they vibe back every time, which is the app answering, not a person choosing you. ask one what it is and it will tell you. none are counted as humans in any number we show. their replies may be generated by a third-party AI provider, which receives the thread text and that character's own made-up profile, never your name, username, email, or location. what you type is the message, so keep personal details out of it; they're built to refuse them anyway.
